Lupin III: Zenigata before the race

A police inspector in breeches is the best kind of inspector!

While 'Steal Napoleon's Dictionary!' isn't the best Lupin III TV special out there, it does feature Inspector Zenigata sporting some stylish threads for a classic car race.

I did take some liberties with his shoes and gloves, which were indistinct brown blobs in the TV special. It was fun researching driving gloves, I eventually settles on the half-glove kind just because I've never drawn something like that before.
